This note defines publication rules for durable precedence.
Rules
- Each published paper version is immutable.
- New revisions are published as new slugs with explicit versions.
- External references should cite specific versions.
- Git history and publication timestamps are part of the precedence record.
Current Strategy
Current paper URLs include a version suffix (for example -v0-1-0). Future versions will be added as new slugs rather than overwritten.
